Day 25 — The person you know that is going through the worst of times

i know i was really depressed and everything. but ive learnt that without telling people, how are they supposed to know? ive also learnt that laughing at ppls problems isnt the way to go. so if anyone out there, anyone, needs a hand, please dont stop yourself. please. you dont speak out, how is anyone supposed to hear you? if you think strength is when you dont say anything, i have to say i disagree, because it takes more courage speaking out than it does holding it in. keep strong. im here for you.
